Senior Photos | Mercedes Senior Session | Madison High School | Idaho Senior Photographer

This was my first ever senior photo session, and man am I in love with these photos! It was great to for my cousin to let me take her senior photos. And if you read my blog post about my photographer journey you may realize that my dates don’t fully line up as I was just a Freshman when I took these photos. One of the biggest influences I had when starting photography was my mother. My cousin asked us if we could do her senior photos for her and this session was truly my first taste of photographing people.

Back to my cousin’s story…She graduated from Madison High School in Rexburg, Idaho, Class of 2015. For the majority of her photos we went to the Ricks Collage Gardens in Rexburg on the BYU-I campus. We also went to Madison High School for a few of her senior photos as well. I loved taking these photos and showing her personality in her senior session. And can I just say how beautiful the images with the flower blossoms are!!

Part One

For this first set of photos we were at the Ricks Collage Gardens in Rexburg Idaho on the BYU-I Campus. She wore this cute black and lace dress. This is where we found the Absolutely stunning cherry blossoms for some of her photos.

Part Two

The Second set of photos was still in the same location. She did change into a more casual outfit for this part to show off some future school pride. In this set of photos is where a lot of her personality shots came from.

Part Three

The Final set of photos we moved to the Madison High School (which fun fact is now the Madison Jr. High School) to get some shot put and discus photos. As an athlete it is so important to capture some photos highlighting their sports in their senior session. I loved how these shot put and discus senior photos turned out!
