Hey Seniors (or soon to be seniors)! I am honestly so glad you are here and considering me as your senior photographer. Senior sessions are one of my favorites to do! I love meeting you and show casing YOU! I love to make your senior session as unique as you are. I love to implement different parts of your personality and some of your activities to create lasting photos to remind you of who you were in high school. Or if you are here because you are about to graduate from college I am happy to capture the same moments for you. I love to implement things about your major/minor and any college activities you may have been a part of.

When it comes to your senior photos I love to include your personality and to get all kinds of fun images. I make sure to get that perfectly posed headshot that will look great on Grandma's fridge, but I also will get the fun laughter shots as well.

I have several poses and prompts that I use to create your images that will result in both the perfectly posed images and the more candid type images.
I am also not afraid to do what it takes to get the right angle or lighting for the shot. I can often be found laying on the ground, squatting, and have even climbed a tree to get the photo just right. Nothing is too crazy when it comes to taking your photos.
I know how exciting having your photos done can be (as I have been in the same boat several times in my life) and how the anticipation can feel when it comes to waiting to get your photos back.

If you have fly away hairs I am sure to remove them or if your shoot was in a public place and it was impossible to not have someone in the background you can be sure that you will never know they were ever even in your photo!
But for a simple answer, I work hard to get your photos done in 3 weeks max. after your photo session.
A big part of why I even started my business is because I know how valuable moments and memories are. As someone who lost their mother to cancer, all I have left are photographs of our memories together.

First off I want to say again how happy I am that you are here and considering me as your senior photographer. It means so much to me. I am here to make your senior photos as easy as I can. I am also all about bringing our your personality in your photos.
So what is a senior session with me like?
The first step is to, head on over to my inquiry form on my contact page. That is were you can let me know that you are interested in booking a senior session with me. From there I will get back to you with my full pricing guide and answer any questions you have for me.
Once you have got your questions answered, chosen the package you want, and that you want to book me as your senior photographer we will take the steps to get you officially booked! It is a very simple process. I will send you over my contract for you to sign and have you pay the non-refundable retainer fee. Once those two things are done you are officially in my calender for your photoshoot.
After you are officially booked with be it is not just a wait until your photoshoot till I talk to you again. I will be in contact between that whole time. I will continue to get to know you through questionnaires and such so I can best capture the true you in your session. I will also send you other thing to help you feel prepared for your session. Rest assured, I won't ghost you until the session date; I'm here to help guide you so you feel 100% ready the day your shoot comes around.
This next step is one of the most exciting!! It is photoshoot day. This is the day you get to shine and show your true self in front of my camera. It will be a fun day with new memoires of your senior year to make. I include fun prompts and poses in your session to make it fun, and of course, for great photos for you.
And for the final step, it is the delivery of your photos. You have just spent all this time preparing and taking your senior photos, the last thing you want to do is wait months to get your photos back. I work hard at getting your photos back to you in a maximum amount of time of just 3 weeks!

Where are you located & do you travel?
I am located and based in Bear Lake Idaho. I am willing to travel really anywhere in the northern Utah, Western Wyoming, and Southeastern Idaho areas.
*A small travel fee may be applied.
What would you describe your photo style as?
I describe my style as fun and true to the moment! I love to capture and combine perfectly posed images as well as fun candid moments. When editing I stick to a more true to color style that is timeless that will last for years to come.
SOMETIMES I CAN FEEL SHY OR AWKARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA...CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS?
Absolutely!! This is a big part of my job as your photographer, and I love it! Many people feel this way in front of the camera. I can assure you that my poses and prompts will help you feel more comfortable and confidant in front of the camera.
what gear do you use?
I shoot mostly on a Nikon D750 with a 28-70mm 2.8 lens. I have a couple other lens that I will use from time to time. I have an extra/backup camera body as well. I also have external hard drives to back up all of your images on after the photoshoot.
how do i book with you?
The booking process is simple! Let me know that you are ready to book me and I will send over my contract and ask that you pay the retainer fee. Once those two items are checked off the booking process is done and I will help guide you through the next step until your senior photo session.
do you have a studio?
I do not have my own studio. I love photographing outdoors as there are so many amazing places to take photos. However, I know of many studios that we could go if that is what your hoping for in your senior session. The sky is the limit with your senior photo session and I'm here to make it the way you want!
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ANYTHING BESIDES SENIORS?

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET BACK, HOW WILL I GET THEM, AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
I don't ever limit the number of photos I give back! I will edit all the images that turn out amazing! Depending on exactly what senior session you choose, seniors usually get back between 30-200 images. You will receive your photos on an online, high resolution, gallery. It usually takes me three weeks maximum to edit your images and get them back to you.
WILL I GET THE RAW PHOTOS AS WELL AS THE EDTITED PHOTOS?
To answer this simply No, I do not give out any RAW files. Photography to me is an art and half of the art of photography is in the edits. Giving out the RAW files would destroy my creative credibility and would go against my whole photography creative prosses.
