McCaslin is so impressive! We threw just about every curveball her way- freezing cold outdoor photo shoot, lots of people and one very grumpy toddler- and she still knocked it out of the park. The photos she created for us are heirloom quality and so so fun. I love them all - I just need more wall-space because I can’t choose a favorite (I’ll add some photos to this review as soon as I narrow it down for that too😂). I am located in the Bear Lake Idaho Area. I travel around to the southeast Idaho, Northern Utah, and Western Wyoming Area. Some of the most common places I travel to are Rexburg, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Logan/Cache Valley, and Grand Teton National Park.
Honestly, most feel this to an extent. But with the years of experience I have most walk away from their sessions feeling that it was such a fun time. I have prompts and such to make it feel more fun rather than just staring into my camera the whole time.
You will get your photos sent to you through your email. You will be sent a link to view an online gallery. And from there you can share, favorite, and download your images. After your session you will 5-10 preview photos withing 48 hours of your session. And your full gallery will be send to you within 6 weeks of your session.

That is okay! That is why there is not a strict time limit. It allows time for kids to be kids but still ensuring we can get the photos you are wanting! I have had many first hand experiences of kids needed 10-20 minutes to explore and then be ready to take photos. And if we had a strict time limit of 30 minutes then we would not have the time we needed to get the photos you are looking for.
Short answer, YES! After you book I will send you a couple guides that will help your feel prepared for your session. I will send you a location guide, to help you choose a location that speaks to you! I will also send a session guide and an outfit guide to help you prepare.
I do not have my own studio, but know of some great studios in the area and am always happy to recommend them when you prefer to have an indoor session at a studio.
If you have not already filled in the Contact form, be sure to do that. Once you send that over, I will be in contact as soon as I can. After that I will send you the full pricing guide. From there, let me know that you are ready to book and I will send over the contract for you to sign and the invoice to pay the retainer. Once those two things are done you will officially be booked in my calendar.
