Fall is the perfect time to get your extended family photos done. There is something about fall that just makes you want to get family photos done. And honestly fall is one of the prettiest seasons so it makes so much sense.
This family visited Bear Lake in the fall and while they were here in Bear Lake they wanted to have a family session. They come to Bear Lake almost every year, so they wanted to go somewhere besides the lake for family photos. With it being fall and all the pretty colors, we went up to Fish Haven Canyon to capture the beautiful feeling of fall for their family session. The canyon defiantly did not disappoint with fall colors.
During this session we started with a big family group photo. We then jumped into some more individual and smaller group photos. We included some sibling photos, couple photos, individual family unit photos and true individual photos. In this group they even had a baby with them that was only a couple weeks old. So of course we had to get some cute photos of the baby.
Bottom line of this all is, if you are even thinking about doing your extended family photos in the fall then this is your sign to just do it! The fall colors make for the perfect backdrop for your extended family session. Whether you are wanting them in Bear Lake area or not, there are so many pretty places to consider for some fall family photos.
